  : Facilities were beautiful. Housekeeper working was AMAZING! I wish I could have afforded to leave her a massive tip! She deserves a huge raise. She is kind, she is professional and a hard worker.
  : Front desk staff was rude. Only 1 housekeeper showed up to work Saturday. Check in was at 3:00pm. We were in town for a cheer competition. I was not able to check in until 5pm. Moms were getting their kids dressed in the lobby for the competition. Check in did not need 3 people standing around chatting...one or 2 of them could have helped clean rooms. The front door was locked when people were arriving. The restaurant had a beautiful set up but limited, not kid friendly choices. The housekeeper was amazing! She was kind and professional. She deserves a huge raise. The front desk staff need customer service training. The rooms were nice, beautiful lobby. Very lacking in restaurant offerings and no continental breakfast. People pulled in the lot..did not know where to park to unload luggage, again front desk was not helpful in assisting visitors. Paid almost $200.00 for awful service.

  : The hotel is new and in good condition. Very well decorated and clean. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
  : I paid for a room that included breakfast but was told by staff breakfast was not included. Breakfast offerings were good but pricey.

  : I had requested a suite and we were placed in the std king room. The room was very expensive based on what we got. Other families were also given a much better deal.

  : I liked the downstairs bistro and that we could get some food after getting in after 6pm. I also liked the staff they seemed friendly and hospitable.
  : Cost of beverages in the small grocery area in the lobby. A bottle water was $5. Seems a little steep for water.
