  : 1. Very clean, large room, balcony with furniture, shower worked well, bed and linen good, large smart TV, good AC.2. Tea & coffee making facilities replenished daily, but only one cup of each for two people.3. Great location in the centre of 'old Larnaca'.4. Not noisy on second floor except for the odd local 'hoon' on motorcycle with usual modified silencer (total misnomer!)5. No personnel at all to be seen (self check-in/out etc), but not a problem as I didn't have any problems!
  : 1.Usual loose toilet seat (so common - why don't the service personnel check and fix these annoying little problems regularly???).2. No loo brush (I know some will argue they're unhygienic, but better to give the punter the choice to use one).3. Sliding shower door leaked onto floor, so wet floor mat first morning (moved it for the following days).4. Very minimal equipment in kitchen (2 plastic dinner plates and 2 small plastic bowls, no dishcloth for wiping bench or cloth for drying dishes - however, dishes were washed during daily service so I got used to leaving them dirty). 5. No bedside lamp or lighting switch for one of the two single beds, the one I chose to use (needed to turn off overhead lighting by the entrance door and find the bed in the dark).

  : Price was low, nice TV with Netflix. Mini fridge was nice. Clean
  : I just want to mention that we just gave very positive ratings to three guesthouses, so we are definitely not ones to give bad ratings just because.. Communication with the owners/workers was terrible, we did not receive any instructions on how to check in and had to wait at the lobby for 20 minutes for someone to randomly show up and give us our room key. Throughout the rest of our stay the communication did not improve what so ever (we are still waiting on them to answer if there is a place they know of to keep our luggage), simply terrible. The location is very noisy. We wanted to get away from the beach area because of noise and this place is even noisier! Many neighbours yelling at each other, noisy shops with speakers putting music all day, and construction work. The facilities were barely decent: only two plates and cups with no dishwash soap or any way of washing them (who knows what the 'kitchen' is for then..), no toilet cleaner, super small garbage bin (don't try to eat at the room because you will have nowhere to put the trash). In two words: LOW COST.

  : There were no reading lights by either of the beds. If one occupant wanted to read, the other was disturbed by the overhead light being on. The switch for the overhead light was not by the bed.
