  : Great location - not far from Larnaca Airport. Hotel looks amazing - inside and out. Poolside was lovely as was the beachside bar and the sun-lounge area by the beach. Breakfast was of high standard and plentiful. All the staff were courteous and helpful A selection of nearby restaurants and supermarkets made for convenience shopping
  : Understandably, this is a relatively new resort but entrance could have been given more attention - the driveway was unfinished and was a bit of a visual disappointment - but nothing serious :) Also, the tiles on the pool floor were coming off in patches....

  : For a resort / branded 5* hotel - lacking spa/indoor pool Room service charge for an ice bucket is simply not acceptable at this level Wine list needs some work - rather random / unbalanced / bad price ranges Swimming pool in very poor state of repair - water level lower than original design meaning water is not filtered from the top, and too many tiles missing / broken - needs urgent repair - not good for a hotel only a year old. Flooring in corridors not fit for purpose - needs replacing Beach bar should not close at 5pm each day (they use it for private events but guests should be made aware of this in advance) Radisson discount not automatically applied when charging food and drink bills to rooms - this should be standard without having to be requested

  : Lovely hotel. Very clean and nice pool and layout.
  : The pool was not heated in October, so rather cold. The gym is super small which is a shame but perfect equipment.

  : Breakfast was good, staff extremely lovely and helpful especially Panayiota, Maria, Angela, Marialena, these were the friendliest people in the hotel also Michaelis. Sodiri & George. The general manager Valentine was very helpful, also Eleni.
  : We came to Cyprus to get married and bought about 60 guests with us to stay in the hotel. No welcome drink or gift, not even on the wedding day. They didnt even make up our room with flowers. Ive stayed at many hotels and have been treated better on my birthday !! The manager wasnt helpful at all and we had a few issues. Some of your staff need more training and actually you need more staff on hand especially at the pool bar & restaurant.

  : Comfortable bed, pleasant staff. The pool area looks good, although we did not try it.
  : Visit coincided with Norway's football team in Cyprus to play Cyprus. The Italian restaurant was devoted to the Norwegian team for our entire time there (5 nights). No guests were able to eat in the Italian restaurant. The food in the Crown Restaurant was overpriced mediocracy, combining a la carte with a very modest buffet. There were very few other guests in the Crown restaurant at night. Small bottles of red wine, but no small bottles of white. Only 2 staff serving the first night we were there. With that sort of low quality, the hotel will not only not get its guests to eat in, but there will be no reason for "locals" to eat there either. Lunch "snack" service in Lobby Lounge was very slow. We realised that the food was prepared in the main kitchen and brought over by a waiter. Quite a distance. Orders both there and in the restaurant were taken by hand as opposed to equivalent of an iPad. Mini bar in the bedroom was not restocked at all. Shower room was very poorly laid out. No shelving at all for toiletries. Large "modern" basin that takes a heck of a lot of water and very little railings for towels. Main problem is that it has two sliding doors. Entrance to hotel is up some steps with minimal cover. This would be a disaster in the rain. The same for the disabled "slope" which is long and totally uncovered. The overall "atmosphere" of the hotel is impersonal and the decor and furnishings look cheap and look unlikely to last any time at all. There is not an ounce of "cosiness". The hotel is called the Radisson Beach hotel. Unfortunately there is no beach ! We will not be back any time soon.

  : We liked the room ( Chrome cast, the balcony and comfortable bed). The service was professionel and friendly as you would expect.
  : The hotel didnt give us that little extra that would have made the stay great. No replenishing of water or coffe/tea in the room. The surroundings were disappointing, characterized by a lot of unfinished construction and empty lots. The beachfront was not really a beach, let alone a sandy beach. The spa was under construction and the breakfast ended 10 am. A little early to my taste, and freshly squeezed juice could have been so nice. The biggest disappointment however was the the breakfast box we were given as our flight was early in the morning. A 2 day old dry toast bread with cheese, a banana and apple. Thats it. No croissant. No juice. No beverages. No yoghurt in a cup, nothing besides that disgusting old cheap toast. Considering that we paid for breakfast, it was simply unacceptable and the reason why I rate this hotel a point lower than otherwise.Another disappointment was the Italian restaurant. We werent that hungry and shared and antipasti and a Margherita pizza which which was pictured on the restaurant's app that showed the menu. What we got, however, had nothing to do with the image that had lured us. the pizza was below average and something you would expect in a low price restaurant - no fresh mozzarella, crust and basil. Like good Italian pizzas should have. Instead, it was drowning in cheap plastic cheese. Totally discount quality but heavy in Price ( 20 euro) Big disappointment and again - such a big difference in price, expectations and quality, is inacceptable for a Radisson Hotel . Its a deal breaker. Look at the pictures below of the breakfast box and the pizza.The staff at the reception was nice and helpful. And thanks to the maintenance guy for fixing our Chrome cast problems.
