  : This is a lovely little hotel in the middle of Larnaca and a short walk to the seafront. I had several problems which are described below. I discussed these the following morning with Jimmy and Elena. My measure of an establishment is the manner in which they deal with issues. It was as though the hotel was being run by 2 different teams - one who cared about their guests and one that didn't. I left with the feeling that they genuinely cared and were going to make sure that the issues are addressed. Well done Jimmy. Thank you Elena. You are a great team.
  : I arrived and reception had been abandoned. After ringing the emergency number someone eventually arrived. I was given a room which was not what I had booked. I went back to reception and the receptionist was abandoning ship again. I was given a new room but when I got there it had not been serviced. I went back to reception but the receptionist was nowhere to be seen. I called the emergency number again and eventually the receptionist reappeared and sorted out a room for me. The cleaning standards in the hotel are clearly not up to a satisfactory standard. The bathroom was filthy; black mould all around the shower tray and the previous guests' towels still in the bathroom. The kettle is a 2 pin European plug but Cyprus uses 3 pin UK type. The plug had been rammed into the socket and the socket was broken.
