  : The close distance to the strip
  : First the beds were horrible and the linen smelled like it hadn't been washed before my arrival. The beds were like those in Goldie Locks and the 3 bears except none of them were just right. Super hard mattress in one room super lumpy in another thankful my brother has back problems and the 3rd bed was good enough for him. The pots and pans provided was so old that I ended up going to Walmart buying a cheap set to use while there. I had to also go and buy a wine opener and drank said wine out of a coffee cup because those were the only cups available and I refused to spend another dime on the things that should be in a home. No iron I also bought one of those as well. The property said it had a pool table said table was falling apart we never played it cause it looked like if you leaned on it it would fall to pieces . Taking a shower was a true experience just as your starting to enjoy it the water turns cold. Seriously no more than 4 1/2 minutes and your taking a cold shower. The heating system worked in the rooms but by the time it works in the living room the bedrooms fell like hades .bI feel like this if I spend money on a vacation rental I would at least like to be comfortable there as I'm at my own home. I was very disappointed in the amount of money spent and the lack of amenities provided.

  : The house was very nice and spacious. The pool area was very relaxing. Overall it was a great location for what we were there for, with stores within a mile from the house.
  : The beds were a little uncomfortable as ours was not on a frame, those that were on frames were lumpy. The pool wasn't heated so we didn't get to enjoy it as much as we liked but we made the best of it. The ovens display didn't work but we guessed on the temp in order to use it. The owner offered to have their maintenance man come look at it but it wasn't that important during our stay.

  : A few fixes to the property would make it more presentable and welcoming. For example, working blinds that I can use.

  : The yard wasnt taken care of. Old furniture in the house(wicker chairs) ALL the beds were very uncomfortable! Worn out sheets and comforters. Pool was dirty. Back yard fence was falling apart. Oh, and lets not forget the big rat traps in the house. Very disappointed in this house considering it was my first time booking like this.
