  : The View was Amazing. The room for the most part was clean,organized and presentable. I enjoyed having access to kitchen amenities and a balcony. I also liked having a big shower and bathtub. They all made our vacation feel more real and enjoyable.
  : Bathtub was a little dirty. The chair broke right when my husband sat in it. The balcony door didnt have a lock which worried me with my 2 little toddlers running around. Yes they could pull it open.

  : I had the strip view room which the view was amazing day & night. You can see a lot from the view. I also liked the kiosk check in, it made it easier and not have to interact for an employee because a majority of them are just rude most of time.I love how quiet the building was. Or maybe just the floor I was on lol (29th)
  : I didn’t like how they only gave you 1 extra tissue for a 5 night stay, you have to pay extra $5 to get a new set of towels when I spent almost $1,200 for this room (ordered twice because 1st sets never came, charged twice), customer service was poor! some will greet you on the way in others won’t and if they ask for your room keys or anything no smile what so ever/enthusiasm, housekeeping is an extra fee if asked for, sink will clog up fast and freezer doesn’t freeze as good, cleaning wasn’t too bad but it could’ve been a bit better with tub and dust. It would be a great place if these few adjustments would be made especially amount spent.. Overall it wasn’t too bad.

  : Room was dirty. Not enough dishes. Not enough towels(I was charged for more and it was difficult to receive them.) Hot tub was cold. No soap for the washing machine. No soap for the dishes. Not enough coffee.
