  : We suffered a delay due to a late arrival of our connection flight (weather disruption in Porto) that made us miss our connecting flight in Zurich to fly to Vegas.I informed the hotel that I would arrive the next following day, due to what had just happened in Zurich.The hotel replied by cancelling our reservation and still charged us for the first night - I just couldn't believe it. I tried to contact customer service via webchat and then email, and no response/answer was given other than the initial cancellation message. We ended up booking another hotel which was way more expensive, ended up spending a lot of money. Just comes to show how 0 empathy they have for their customers! They don't give a damn.

  : I like how it was family oriented, hotel had smoking through out hotel, but the air system was great, and wasn't really able to smell smoke at all. I Love the Valet staffs, they were the best, Lots of Aloha dropping off your rental & picking up, the valet staffs was just full of Aloha Spirit. Awesome Job!
  : The only problem I had was the hotel reservation guy who 1st helped us upon our check in, was not so friendly, and he just gave the impression that he was done working and just gave any type of room. As when we got to the room, there was still hair in the shower along with hair on the floors, AC system was really bad, and carpet was damp in certain areas of the room. We've made a complaint to the front desk, as they only compliment us $50 to any restaurant in Palms and had us moved higher floor in handicap room. Which was fine, but AC system was still not working properly. It was nor cold enough and then on Last night there, they had a technician come to room to repair the AC unit.hotel room is just not worth the price we paid for.
