  : Nothing.
  : Keys didn't work in the whole hotel. We were told owner did not want to pay to get it fixed. Outside keyed entry doors were propped open all night and day for guests to enter and who knows who else. This was a huge safety issue for my self, family and the 12 families who I booked rooms at this hotel for...we did not feel safe with the doors propped open all day and night. It was a terrible annoyance and inconvenience to go to the front desk find someone to let us in our room every time we left and returned...we were told because of the inconvience they were offering everyone in the hotel free breakfast each morning...but it was already free as it was listed as a free continental breakfast on their site, and previous stays at this location offered free continental breakfast...the owner and staff really insulted our intelligence by offering that as an apology. Our room smelled like smoke and had a plastic bag over the smoke alarm also. I book all the rooms for my travel softball team and after this insult, and the inability for them to provide us with security while staying and management not willing to help, we will not be staying at this brand again when considering places for all our families to stay while traveling tournament.

  : Room was nice
  : Door card keys did not function, people at reception desk not present, took minimum 10-15 min to make them open the room door for us every time. Dog barking loudly in the room next to us. breakfast too basic and not enough tables for all customers... cleaning people got into the room before checking out... overall a bad management.

  : The room assigned was good size. Bathroom was immaculate. Breakfast was good
  : Upon arriving, I learned that computer problems disallowed the use of room card keys. Employee has to unlock the room manually. If you had to go out, you needed an employee to let you back in. Parking lot needs better lighting. Carpeting throughout hotel was gross. Only a single elevator was working

  : The door card system was down that day. No remote control for the TV. The smell is no good. Planes flying with big noise. Breakfast was no good.

  : I could not figure out how to dial front desk so I had to go back down.Also I did not know that a switch had to be on before the TV remote or the microwave would work. A card explaining that would help.

  : Our room carpet was soaking wet when we arrived. We complained and we were upgraded to a larger room. We went for breakfast before 7 am and all the hot food was gone and there was no coffee. We had to wait for coffee and gave up waiting for the hot food. We could not believe all the guests filling up their big travel mugs with coffee. No wonder the hotel could not keep upWith the coffee.
