  : Location & in n out it’s on the adjacent parking lot.
  : Pools closed early on my arrival date-Sunday, Monday went down to the pool @ 5pm & pool closed @ 6pm, Tuesday pool didn’t open until 4pm, Wednesday pool was open but the water was freezing & the small pool was closed. I was there w/my 17 yr old daughter & 2 grandkids & our only plan was to be @ the pool are since we visit every year for the past 7 years.My 1st night someone from housekeeping or a staff member came knocking hard on my door @ 2am & when I opened she ran & said wrong door! Day 2 my kids went down to the pool while I got ready & the key did not work so they came back as I was going down to meet them, I went to the front desk & waited in line only to have a very unhappy & disgruntled staff member treat me w/no respect. I didn’t have my DL on me as we were going to the pool I had a photo of it on my phone but wasn’t able to find it quickly & she was rude!! I told her about the pool & she wasn’t apologetic nor did she care or wanted to listen! (She was a light skin African/American female w/green contacts & messy hair & a big attitude) didn’t get her name!I finally got my keys & proceeded to the pool. The next day my Kids went down to the pool but check the key first on our room door & it worked, by the time (3minutes later) the key no longer worked! Once again I went down to the front desk & waited in line & the same front desk agent was on “she gave me the dirtiests look” so unprofessional, I too work in hospitality & we don’t ever disrespect our guests, we go above & beyond to satisfy the needs of our guests. Someone else stepped in & help me out w/out being rude!

  : My room was clean. We stayed in the Promenade Tower. We were told the rooms were not updated but it was perfectly fine. The bed was comfy. They have a nice pool area.
  : Elevators to the Promenade Tower were mostly down. We waited in line for 20 minutes to get on an elevator. Jacuzzi was down. Pool was over crowded with Children. It would be nice to have more adult time to enjoy the pool. No fridge in the room but they will bring you one for 10.00 a night. Really? I did get one, but Come On Caesar's?
