  : Room is comfortable, location is convenient for our needs, and the price is great.
  : Housekeeping services were average. The bed was only made once out of 6 days (but that's something I can do.) Towels were not replaced based on what we had used, so a couple of days we were short.

  : The bed was comfortable.
  : We usually try to stay at mom and pop establishments. We had stayed here in the past and it was dated, but fairly clean with good beds. To start off, the grounds were very neglected. Overgrown with weeds and trees around the building and litter everywhere. There was a tile floor in our room. The floor was sticky and the bottom of your feet, socks or shoes were black almost immediately. Got ready to take a shower and the shower floor was slick and the shower needed to be sealed in quite a few places. The toilet was loose at the base, so it rocked back and forth. The next morning, we went to breakfast. I realize that it is a basic bagel, toast and cereal breakfast, but this was ridiculous. There was yogurt, honey buns, donut sticks, SunnyD, coffee and instant oatmeal. No milk for your oatmeal. Terrible choices. They aren’t even trying. After breakfast we started packing up. Heard this gurgling sound from the sink. The sink started backing up with nasty brown water that eventually turned black. Yuck! Didn’t feel like brushing my teeth in that sink. This place is very dated and not maintained well.
