  : I've booked here before but it seems with every visit, there is some kind of issue.This time ice machine on my floor was out of service.My tub faucet was leaky- noticed after use. I've addressed this immediately and reminded but no one came. I've done this via text and in person. I did have DND sign next morning (would have removed if i knew someone was coming) and was told someone came, saw sign and left. I figured, if I've removed the sign, I'm outside of the room and at the desk, talking to you- that's the ok to enter the room. I've been in and out, sign not on the door- no one came. I ended up using a towel to quiet the dripping. Fiddling with lever lessened the leaking, but did not stop it. Appareantly, you have to find the sweet spot. Who has time for that?I feel an overall check prior to room assignment for critcial items such as air and plumbing may be extremely beneficial.
