: Good breakfast. Very good location and close to town centre, easy to find. Rooms are clean and comfortable
: We lost our room key by accident on the first day. It was an honest mistake, but we were shouted at on the phone and was told that the key (consisting of a fob to the main entrance and key for door to the room) was also the only key to the safe in the room?! And that it would cost us over 100-200 euros as the safe may need to be completely replaced?! This did not make sense to us. On checking the safe in the room can be accessed using a self-generated pin code. There was nowhere on the safe that states that a key or key fob is required to use it... Nonetheless isn't it a security risk if the room key is the same key required to access the safe if was lost? We were quite worried about the charges and that soured the rest of our otherwise pleasant stay. At check-out he said he decided not to charge us for the safe replacement and the final amount to replace the key was 55 euro. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of our honest mistake in losing it and that is a shame as otherwise it was a decent stay.
