Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that arrivals from 17:30 to 21:00 are possible for a EUR 50 extra charge.
Arrivals after 21:00 are not possible.

Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Guests can bring their own or rent them onsite for the following extra charges:
- Bed linen: EUR 15 per bed per stay
- Towels: EUR 10 per person per stay
