  : Superb location, a friendly "family" atmosphere, comfortable room with windows that can be opened, satisfying breakfast with local (organic) produce ... excellent value for the price.
  : Not a problem for us especially, but the hotel has at least 3 upper floors and no lift. Car parking is on the street: free, but limited number of spaces available.

Disappointing

  : Good location, clean, comfortable bed.
  : The property had a gym but it was not available to us the afternoon that we arrived, and the man who checked us in told us it would be available from 08:00 the next morning. When I went to ask them to open the door at 09:00 the lady at reception said it was absolutely not possible because the noise from the gym would wake up the other residents. When asking for a discount on the price she became very rude and questioned my desire to use it (I had turned up in my exercise gear!) and coiffed at us. She did finally discount the fee but in an angry manner. They should definitely not be advertising for services which they dont actually have available. Customer service could be hugely improved and our stay in the town was left with a bitter taste.

  : The staff is very nice and the restaurant good for local food. I can really recommend this hotel.
  : It is a walk for a few minutes to the bus stop, but close to the city centre, so no real negative point.
