  : Rooms were lovely but one bathroom was slightly older decoration than the other. Very comfortable though.

  : It's a hiking stopover. It shut at 1930pm, no staff or facilities just a door left open that anyone could access the rooms from. Your description is very misleading to say the least. A hotel it is not.

  : Easy to find and close to town and snow slopes. Really great staff. Super clean and terrific value.

  : Beds were comfortable & a nice view. Convenient parking.
  : There are cheaper & better located hotels in Mont Dore with better facilities. No tea & coffee making facilities in the room, bathroom was dated with noisy & smelly macerator toilet. Cup of disposed cigarette butts on the balcony. Towels were too small even for a child!

  : Breakfast was good.
  : Received booking confirmation, check in from 3PM. Arrived at 3, hotel was closed. Eventually at 3.20 a receptionist turned up to open the hotel, no explanation, no apology. Id booked 2 rooms and was given 2 keys. One of the rooms hadnt been cleaned and made up since previous guest. Receptionist found another room for me which was only partially cleaned. She said she would finish room preparation, which she did. The receptionist then closed the hotel and drove off. We had access to our rooms and the hotel exit but no access to all the advertised hotel features such as the bar, games room, shared lounge/TV etc. we were not given WiFi code, and the telephone was not answered. Eventually had to contact Booking.com to get it.
