  : When I walked in, I could smell the disinfectant and the place was cleaned very well. The TV was nice and had good channel options. The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. The breakfast was a bit sparse but I always like those waffles!
  : The parking lot was in rough shape with broken glass and potholes. Our window screen was broken in half and laying in the parking lot (not a big deal in the winter but jeez, what happened here?). The heater/AC unit was so loud that you had to crank up the TV volume to unpleasantly high just to hear it. The refrigerator was making some terrible noises that sounded like someone was breaking into the room. The walls are so thin that someone in the next room was coughing and it sounded like he was standing behind a curtain in our room.

  : Dirty trash at entrance. Broken bricks at entry. Looks like no maintenance in some time. Room window was extremely clouded.

  : The proximity to Ski Cooper.
  : It was the filthiest place we’ve ever stayed. Out front is piles of cigarette butts that clearly no one cares enough to clean up. The room smelled horribly and we had to open the windows in the dead of winter to air the room out. It didn’t help much so we slept with the window open all night. The blankets on the beds are so grody! Linens haven’t been replaced in years. The attendant at the front was poorly groomed, stuffing his face with food, and just an overall slob. Even our kids felt uncomfortable in this hotel.
