  : 2 good sized double rooms and a kitchen/diner/lounge. Great location right next to the river. parking spot outside the property. property felt secure and apartment block well looked after. Modern and clean apartment with good facilities- kitchen, oven, microwave, TV, dishwasher and washing machine.
  : Double bed felt quite small, especially when theres room for a king size bed. A little TLC required for fairly minor things, such as broken toilet seat, broken smoke detector on 1st bedroom ceiling. damage to hall flooring awaiting repair. would have liked to see separate recycle bin as well as the waste bin in kitchen.

  : location, quite modern living and very clean. parking and the cleaner was amazing, brought us over her own iron from home as the one in the apartment had broke
  : it could do with a little tlc a new tap in the kitchen, a replacement shower head and touch up on painting and would suggest mattress and pillow protectors

  : Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean. Good location for visiting the Royal Armory. Excellent walks along the tow path into the city centre.
  : The clothes airer was broken and there was no hair dryer. Could also have done with a fan due to the very hot weather. Small faults to an otherwise excellent property.

  : One of the fire alarms had a low battery and was beeping every 40 seconds. I pointed this out to the person checking me in, I also called the out of hours number to report it. Nothing was done. I called again on Monday morning, and was told that someone would visit the apartment that day to fix it. I arrived back after work on Monday night and it was still beeping. I called the out of hours number again. I called again on Tuesday morning and was told that someone would definitely come in that day. No one did. I rang again on Tuesday evening and FINALLY a regional manager came round. He took off his shoes, asked me to brace the wardrobe and proceeded to climb up onto it to be able to reach the alarm and remove the battery (the alarm was not reachable from the floor or from a chair). In addition, the plug mechanism in the bath did not work and the temperature dial on the shower was broken so my first attempt to shower was scalding hot and then I was stood in the boiling water trying to change the temperature. Further to this, I parked where I was told to and received a parking ticket. I called to report this and was told a permit would be brought round. It wasnt. I got another ticket the next day at which point I moved my car to somewhere further away, despite having booked this flat because it came with parking. I am waiting for payment from My Property Host for these tickets. All in all, very disappointing, particularly for the expense.

  : Really clean flat with most things you'll need. Towels, toiletries and some toilet roll provided. No washing up liquid, washing powder or dish washer tabs. Flat is very comfortable with two double bedrooms. No air conditioning and was very warm, it was in the middle of a heatwave though!
  : The flat is advertised as having on site parking. It does not. You need a permit to park in the parking bays at the flat. I was told to park there by the company but with no permit. I ended up with a 60 parking fine and had to park on the street for the rest of the week. I have heard nothing back from the company renting the flat. Really annoyed at the fine and lack of communication. In my opinion it is false advertising as there is no on site parking just street parking.
