  : The ad did not match what we got. Photos were deceiving. I booked wit a balcony with a sea view.I got a balcony looking out at a junky back building. No hot water!!!! The whole time we were there Washing machine didnt work Host told us to google information on Lefkada instead of providing local knowledge Told us that we should have booked through them directly for a better price This was NOT a deluxe suite

  : Air conditioning units of the adjoining appartment are extremely noisy and make the floors vibrate. With them running the whole appartment feels like it is going to take off.

  : The location and view.
  : Simply put, the photos on Booking are from when the apartment was new, now the condition is miserable. The door handles are bent, there is no hot water for showering. The beds in the bedrooms are listed as double beds, but in reality they are beds for one person to sleep, not two. There is no one to clean, luckily there was a broom so we cleaned ourselves. Bed linen and towels were not changed for 7 days. There are cockroaches that walk around at night around the size of 5cm. The furniture and furnishings are dilapidated and old. The scariest part is that there are 3 chimneys from the kitchen grill. There is a restaurant under the apartment, the chimneys are used all day until around midnight, the smoke from the barbecue that they emit enters the bedrooms, we had to sleep in a draft to have fresh and clean air, the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning is huge and I think that this apartment is completely unsafe. p.s. The apartment is rented out by a car rental agency and insists on paying in advance, when we asked why and if everything was fine, they convinced us that everything was great and that it was just their work policy. They didn't want to give us the money back after we saw the condition of the place. If we had known that the place was such a ruin, we would not have pay and sat there, we would have left immediately.

  : Good location, space inside the apartment, beds were comfortable and aircon was good. Good fridge/freezer, new microwave, manager kindly gave us some detergent and dishwasher tabs to use.
  : No hot water until around midday each day, shower head didnt fit into the holder when we arrived (this did get fixed), washing machine not working until half way through our four night stay, live electric wires hanging from the ceiling, nails sticking dangerously out of wooden panel in the lounge, pipes sticking up through the floor boards, rickety patio furniture (which we were amusingly told was bought specifically to be like that), ants coming into the kitchen from somewhere, and no normal eating knives (only preparation/chopping knives). Overall attitude of manager progressed from being initially helpful, to rude, accusatory and confrontational - as if the issues with the apartment were our fault.
