  : The staff are outstanding! The room was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. I truly enjoyed the breakfasts at TED's All Day Brunch which is where breakfast is served if you purchased the room including breakfast. Worth the extra costs for sure. The hotel is about 800 meters from Leiden Centraal an easily walkable distance but a taxi is also reasonable at 12.50 Euro. There is a shuttle bus from the hotel to central parking area where you can walk to everywhere and it is FREE.
  : The only thing I was not impressed about was the view from my window, however the quietness was worth it. Minor maintenance issues, like the mirror in the bathroom is not in good condition and should be changed and someone should put on their checklist to ensure the safe is unlocked for the next occupant.
