  : Common bathroom was clean
  : Room heating only worked properly for the first 2 days, for the remaining 6 nights of our stay it was pretty chilly despite turning the radiator up all the way. Internet connectivity was extremely wonky, which was problematic due to me having to attend online classes in the morning. And last, but not least, there was no way to access an electric kettle or any glasses anywhere in the building, and it proved to be a grave issue considering I'm 6 months pregnant and fell ill with a fever and couldn't even comfort myself with a hot herbal tea while I was bedridden. So yea, great accommodation. I grew up in early post-communist Romania and even the shabbiest hotels I slept in during my childhood provided at least a couple of glasses in the bedrooms.. I still live in Eastern Europe (Estonia) and haven't encountered something like this before.

  : It was clean and well maintained
  : The shower doesn't work properly. There is no door mat even in room or bathroom. Need to put a door mat at least but overall good experience.

  : Location was not too far from the central station and the room was a decent size.
  : Wi-if didnt reach our room so i was unable to connect, when trying to contact someone about it they said no one else complained about it so it was working fine. Emailed them again and they said theyll fix it, but it never was fixed.

  : I can only say I liked the building.
  : Terrible. The room was very dirty when we arrived there. The bed sheets were stained and even had a hole in it, stained walls and curtains. The chairs that were in the room also had food stains on them. The electric stove didn't look like it was cleaned at all, still had leftover food on it. The room didn't look like the picture in the sense that the furniture was worn out, from the kitchen handles, to the curtains and the bed side tables. Even though I booked for two nights, I could only stay there one night because the sheets gave me and my partner a skin irritation and I couldn't sleep because of the itch all over my body. When I announced to the staff the reason I left, I was accused of lying and reported to booking (because apparently, as we left, the lady that was probably waiting for us in the hallway didn't see a rash on our faces).

  : the room was spotless and the facilities were well maintained. beds were exceptionally comfortable. rooms were spacious, well appointed and equipped with all necessary amenities.
