  : Non-smoking room that reeked of smoke. A/C never cooled the room down. Bed was horrible and gave me back pain. TV Remote would not work. So many loud people running around at all hours of the night. Clerk at front desk seemed like it was a rough task to have to get up and take her earbuds out to check me in. Barely said a work. When I asked where the room was she said "Over there." without pointing anywhere.

  : This was absolutely one of the dirtiest, run-down musky smelling motel 6's I've ever seen. More like a trap house IMO. Hugh mistake!!! The door was so damaged once you unlocked it the fight was on to get it open. I did not stay as the A/C did not work & they had no fans or window units. The night staff told me she would issue a refund then, because it took me 10-15 mins to load my vehicle back up, she turned around & told me she couldn't refund me because she could "get in trouble." Her additude was one of a I could careless. She was more interested in her boyfriend that i'm assuming was NOT supposed to be there. STAY AWAY. The Radisson is maybe 2 blks away! Super nice up scale Hotel with free breakfast and a beautiful hugh lobby and dining area for virtually the same price!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE RADISSON DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS DUMP!

  : There was only two staff members that tried to be helpful and their hands were tied by management.
  : Cockroaches. Stained Sheets. Stained walls. Food in fridge. Customer service. Nothing like watching multiple customers complain about similar issues or the manager having sexual relations with another guests wife and locking him out of his room. They made fun of guests after one would leave. They lied to guests about policies and where manager Nick Patel was to get out of refunding money and would lie to booking.com about reasons for changes let alone their own internal forms. Charged wrong amount and had to threaten not to leave just to get refunds. Pool being down was probably a blessing. Rooms smelled funny and I would know since the first room was bad the second room was probably the best out of the four I saw. They have central air and would change rooms hoping guest didn't know that information and it explains all the room changing they did to try to hoodwink guests into staying. Getting kicked out for saying the AC wasn't working was the icing on the cake and I left that in the fridge.
