  : The staff were friendly and helpful
  : This hotel is in desperate need of a refresh. The entrance lobby is pleasant and welcoming, but the rooms are dank and dated. The smell of damp is strong, the decor is old, and the mattress is ten years past needing replaced. It sank in the middle and was extremely uncomfortable. The restaurant has grand aims, but the food did not live up to it. Vegetarians/Vegans - prepare to be disappointed. Pescatarians - they will find a way of adding meat to even the simplest fish dish. Breakfast? Straight out the 1990's.

  : Breakfast GoodView Good - unfortunately the weather wasnt!Room good on the whole but we noticed a few things - the radiator was positioned too near the toilet. Whilst the radiator was good for keeping the towels warm I was bothered about sitting on the loo without burning myself! Think the format for the bathroom was badly thought out!

  : The Letwick is situated right on the bay, with stunning views of the bay's coastline. We even had the joy of watching a sea otter hunt from right in front of our room! The TV was one of the largest we've had in any of our many stays in the UK. The staff at reception were phenomenal, and worked very hard to improve our experience.
  : The hotel is priced as a higher quality 3-star facility, but was unfortunately a mediocre 2-star experience at best. There was black mold in the first room we were provided, so we had to be moved. The facility overall is worn and dirty. There was dust on nearly every unused surface (including the restaurant), the room furnishings were worn, and sometimes broken. The drapes were torn, and very difficult to move. The water pressure in the shower was abusively low (strangely, the pressure in the sink was fantastic). The kettle was showing signs of rust at the spout and inside.

  : The view. The staff were pleasant and attentive.
  : Everything about this hotel was mediocre. The decor, the rooms, the menus. Breakfast was disappointing - the buffet range was poor and not replenished regularly. The scrambled we ordered was dismal.
