: The hotelroom was nice and clean, good location in Santa Maria di Leuca.
: The staff was not so friendly. We didn't feel very welcome.

: The hotel is located at lungomare (seaside promenade) and a little store is near-by, where one can buy neccessary things. A beach is right in front of the hotel. A common terrace provide a view to the see and you can dry things there, at the sun. It is a restaurant and a bar in the hotel. The bus station is right near the hotel.
: Too many stairs for me (I am old and sometime I use the cane). It was the simplest breakfast I had in four locations during this trip. It was only the coffee and a croissant! Even if Italian breakfast are simple and sweet (!!), the other hotels offered some jam, butter, honey, even a fruit and a juice. Here was nothing else! The room looked worned out, obsolete.

: The location was really central. It is surrounded by shops, restaurants and in the evening there are markets and street artists around. The room was comfortable. The staff was friendly but when we arrived they were very busy with the restaurant.
: It was a bit hard to find, when following the link from booking that goes to google maps, we were sent 1km away from the property, we had to walk all the seaside with luggages. Finding parking was hard since the location was really central, we had to pay for parking. Since the location was so central, it was quite noisy all the night.

: Good location. Would be even nicer if the weather was better... Peace & tranquility in the morning - you feel as if at the end of the world... Room upgrade. Warm (A/C).WONDERFUL food at the restaurant.Would like to return in better weather...
: A little muddy smell in the bathroom probably because of no heating there. It's an auberge(?) restaurant and a cafe, so many people sitting &smoking in the afternoon... could be disturbing for some in case of longer stays.
