  : The hotel is located in a quiet area. The interior is clean and the staff is friendly. In the area there are terraces and neighborhood shops, Lidl and Carrefour Market with affordable prices.
  : It is located quite far from the city center and the points of interest. No cleaning was done or towels changed for 4 days. Access to the refrigerator costs 2 euros and we were forced to take our trash out ourselves to a hotel that claims to be 4 stars

  : Only 2 staff were exceptional thanks to Teddy and Karima who made an effort to assist when they could
  : Booking.com misled me into choosing this place. The pictures sent were not what we got. The property wanted us to pay an extra 400 for amenities. Booking.com never resolved and we stayed in that dump for 10 days, no fridge, no microwave, the apartment was not cleaned once in 10 days. When we asked we were told they clean every 7 days even after we booked to have it cleaned they still didnt clean. It was far from anything and cost us a fortune in travel cost. No Wi-Fi constant excuses issues and technical was addressing. We checked out and sent the property a message to refund my breakage deposit and a copy of my invoice as booking.com agreed to reimburse the difference from another dodge property and no answer or response. Booking.com you spoilt our vacation totally which we will never be able to amend. Shame on you for becoming such a terrible supplier. All our queries to you amount to nothing when you acted you gave us a consolation that was a disappointment and never bothered to contact us to address, we have compile a full report and await the resolve. If no resolve the WEB will light up to this rip-off we were subjected to.

  : Location very easy to reach from the nearest train station. Rooms were good size with a queen size bed and large ensuite bathroom. Staff were very helpful. We got a message to say check in hours which were different to signage in the hotel itself but they gave details on how to check in if there was no staff available.
  : Kitchenette area of the apart^hotel was locked so we were unable to use those facilities.
