  : Beautiful location just outside of Levanto with gorgeous views. The parking permit was extremely useful for downtown.Clean accommodation and swimming pool which our kids enjoyed the use of every day.Wonderful hospitality from Monica and Carlo. Carlo was thorough with his introduction to the area. We enjoyed ice creams and spritz by the pool :) and the kids had treats at breakfast time and in the day.Our room was cleaned with fresh towels every day.Thank you so much. We loved our stay.
  : We loved everything. The only thing we would have liked is tea and coffee in the room.

  : The location was great but only if you come with a car.. breakfast was very nice.
  : Everything was great except for receiving a list of do/donthaving paying for towels for the swimming pool, and having paying for a stain in s towel gives the traveller a bad feeling..giving a list of instructions on where to hang your cloths or put the luggage.coming to a vacation and feeling uncomfortable is a bad feeling. other from that the place is very neat and Beautiful

  : Staff were lovely! Location is beautiful, room is clean!
  : We asked for a double bed, which was 2 twin beds pushed together which kept moving apart. Very strict rules which had cash penalties - made us feel very stressed (no stains on towels or charge, no arriving after 8pm or charge,etc). Overpriced because of the pool which you cant really use except between 10-8pm but if your staying only one night, check out is at 10am and you cannot use the pool after checkout. We arrived at 7:30pm so couldnt use the pool as we left the next morning. Would be great if you were staying multiple nights!

  : Really charming B&B with very welcoming hosts and a great breakfast. The pool was much appreciated after a long, hot day in the sun on the Cinque Terre.
  : The only thing that could have made our stay better would have been access to a kettle or coffee maker to make a tea and coffee when we felt like it. Also, we didn't realise how difficult it would be to get a taxi to and from Levanto during busy periods. It would be much easier staying here if you had a car.

  : Immaculate manicured gardens and grounds. Accommodating staff.
  : Breakfast and checkout was earlier than normal. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Parking was easy to maneuver only with a very small car.

  : Lovely little place close to Levanto and Cinque Terre. The owners Carlo and Monica are super friendly and made our stay nice. They give you nice tips and serve the best breakfast. Monica makes the best cakes so every morning we had to choose between all the good stuff. The pool is lovely to cool down and they even serve fresh aperol and limoncello spritz that is home made by Monica. We didnt have any but it looked amazing. They provide a free parking card for Levanto city for the parking near the beach and also the train station. Its the ideal starting point to take the train to Cinque Terre.
  : No big remarks. The room was a bit small and there was some light at night but that was okay for us. You need to have a car to get around and to drive to Levanto or other towns nearby.

  : Very nice hosts, great quiet location, free parking pass to the train station. And the breakfast, both in choice and quality, is simply amazing! Every current and prospective host should take a training course here.
  : A bit too many rules to abide by. The opening hours of the swimming pool are ill-conceived and need to be reconsidered, sooner the better. Relaxing in the pool after a long day in Cinque Terre would be a unique feature of the place, but the pool closes at 8 pm. Not good.
