: The property is easy to reach from the station and well placed for a walk into Levanto. The grounds are nice and breakfast is really good. The staff couldnt be more helpful, they recommended walks for us and hotels for the evening. Levanto is a good base for the Cinque Terre as you are at the end of the train line. Plenty of good restaurants in the town and a lot less busy than other villages.
: The walk from the station is uphill so a bit of a chore with a biggish bag, but we knew this and it wasnt a major issue.

: Beautiful setting, stunning property, a lovely place to visit and spend time. Laura was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to recommend places to visit, eat etc. She even booked restaurant reservations for us.
: Our room didn't have air conditioning which makes it very hot in summer

: Sandra was the highlight of our stay. She was so friendly and so helpful. even though she was the receptionist, she did everything worked in kitchen , served food, cleaned up and Magee the front office. What an amazing employee! I would hire her in a second to do just about anything. Lorenzo, the owner was very nice, too. He has a good team at LAmendola. it is also a GREAT location to visit Cinque Terre.The breakfast was terrific homemade jams, made to order omelets, fresh fruit etc! prices to stay are relatively inexpensive
: Rooms were very sparse. not set up for women no makeup mirror in bathroom, no full length mirror anywhere, pillows are weak, bathroom was so tiny, no where to put luggage in rooms.
