  : The pool and the porch were the best part of the experience.
  : The "bones" of the house are good and the location is convenient, but not walkable to the beach. Dead plants greeted us at the front door, which was unlocked. The house needs some TLC. It was not terribly clean. There were an incredible number of flies inside. The kitchen sink leaks underneath. Multiple light bulbs were out. The dryer knob is broken so you can't tell what setting you are using. The towels all had to be rewashed because of a strong mildew smell (because of a poorly functioning dryer?). Many sheets/pillow cases were stained so we didn't know if they were clean. The microfiber sheets kept popping off the beds because they were not deep pocket sheets. That left us sleeping on the plastic covering

  : The front yard needs more care looks more like end of winter. The houses around have a well taking care landscaping but this house looks like an abandoned property.
  : The house is nice but the bathrooms are small and outdated. The windows are too old and dusty. The patio around the house is not inviting at all, the sofa in the family room is full of stains with a dusty smell, and the kitchen is not for a family that enjoys cooking as is very limited of utensils. The truth is that the pictures looks much better than reality. The staff in another hand are extremely nice and helpful.
