  : I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and room. The mattress was very comfortable and had extra pillows, which I liked.
  : I choose to reserve this room for the indoor pool because I was traveling with teenagers and I was counting on the pool for entertainment for the kids but unfortunately the pool was out of service. I also didn’t like that the shower head in my bathroom was not working properly. Just a trickle of water would come out.

  : Upon entering the room I immediately noticed something crawling on the lampshade, as I inspected closer I noticed it was a small roach and bed bug feces ( photos included) my wife and myself immediately went to the front desk and requested a refund, the clerk at 1st refused then we asked to speak to a manager in which she replied wasn't there, she called the general manager ( DONNA CRAIG) several times with no reply so after about 30 minutes went by as the clerk hepled another family check in, she offered us a refund and an upgraded room, we asked her if they knew they had a roach and bed bug problem before and she replied " THEY DID KNOW OF THE PROBLEM AND RECENTLY HAD THE ROOMS SPRAYED" finally after another 30 minutes she took us took another room but we was so disguised with the idea that this problem continues to exist. We left and got a room at a nearby establishment in which we was very pleased by their cleanliness and professionalism. I've booked rooms front Comfort inn all over and especially this particular location since 2019 and I can honestly say this will be the last.

  : The location was convenient
  : Our room and the entire property were very dated. We booked a suite so we could have one on our party sleep in the pullout bed. When we pulled out the bed there were peanut shells in the bed and under it and the sheet on the bed was practically shredded. We brought the manager on duty to the room. She offered us to move but my dad was already asleep in the bed so we were moving. The staff was accommodating but the cleanliness and state of many things on the property were extremely old and not in the best condition. The hairdryer was just sitting on the wall and fell off when we used it. The morning breakfast food was subpar as well.
