  : I loved how it had restaurants and bar there. The pool and hot tub and work out center was nice also.
  : I came to stay because the Hilton was the closest to the Dr I had to meet. During check in the front desk seemed to have issue with me. And I don't know if it was because I had 2 of my grand children or not. But while waiting on the gentleman in front of me she seemed very happy and explain the whole hotel and parking to him. When it was my turn she seemed to keep her head down asked if I was using credit card on file. After she got the keys together she asked if I parked in the garage or did I do valet parking. When I explained I did self parking she handed my keys and said elevator behind you and walked away. Didn't say anything else and walked away. She didn't explain to me about the restaurant or anything else. The next morning I had to ask about the parking and why I was charge 25.00 when it stated 15.00. Also I was charge a different price than the one I was giving by booking for my room. Little was she aware it was my first time ever being there and I was there already nervous for the procedure I had to have done. All I know is the Hilton was very nice but I won't ever stay there again due to the front desk attitude towards me.

  : Old - room smelled of mold and the air was broke in the room. It was hot humid and stuffy . Needs a LOT of updating. Paint was pealing off the ceiling and falling into the pool. Yuck

  : Located so close to many restaurants, bars, and fun sights.
  : Our AC didn't seem to work well in the night hours. Our room became hot overnight but would cool off again once the sun came up. We have the opinion that the hotel has a master control when everyone is asleep.

  : I loved the view after i was moved to a room with a view that matched the cost.
  : They had a tattoo expo and it was very loud and too close to our room so we heard it all. The parking charge was unacceptable.

  : Hotel felt run down and unattended. Used plate on my floor was on the table by elevators for the entire stay. Cafe shut down on Sunday morning. Entire facility looked dingy. I will not return.

  : Staff was curt. Tried to check in 1 hour earlier and was told the room was ready but I would have to pay extra. Hotel is nothing special at all. Just fair and average.

  : Location was perfect since I had to go to the rupp center daily. Free breakfast was amazing plus the buffet.
  : No microwave in the rooms, should invest in that. The elevators were slow, but I see that you are fixing that problem.
