: This was the worst experience I've ever had and the worst 400 Euro I've spent in my life. I booked half board, but was charged for full board although we never wanted it. In order to have dinner you have to download their bugged app and to choose your meal and the time you will eat( not that you have much of a choice anyway). The food is bland, tasteless and of very poor quality.When we arrived we were told that as a first time guests we are given 50 EUR bonus through the bugged app to use at the bar- and then at checkout they tried to scam us and to make us pay. We had to leave one night earlier and the receptionist had the audacity to ask us to pay for our last night( which was already paid for obviously) because otherwise they could've sold it.How is that even logical!?The hotel itself is a very sad, cheap and ugly place- don't be misled by the pictures here. The room is small and lacks very basic things- no fridge, no chairs or a table on the balcony, no glasses ( apart from the two plastic cups), the TV is a bit bigger than a tablet. The water was lukewarm at its best and noone cared to fix it until the last evening when we left anyway. The lady at the reception was quite cheeky, lying at my face and trying to scam us, refusing to call a manager and refused to issue an invoice, too To sum it up- stay away from this low quality fraudulent dodgy place!
