Disappointing

  : It is definitely a different and exotic place to stay, being on the water. The host was kind to meet my special request to bring flowers into the room. Free parking and close to the city centre when staying in the original location.
  : The impression that we got from the booking.com description did not match the reality - you have to pay extra for the sauna although it was said that it is included in the booking and the surrounding did not match that was seen on the photos. The location is in a kind of industrial area close to the bridge, fishermen in the river around the boat, people passing by along the street and no curtain on the door window in the sauna facing the street, so that you don't feel much privacy. The host said when arriving, that it is possible to move the boat to some other place, but this is for an extra charge. This was a most expensive, but the smallest and least maintained property we rented through our trip through the Baltic states, even more expensive than a 4-star hotel. You have to pay extra to get anything that is not a basic accommodation in a tiny room and there were many annoying small details that the host didn't notice or dare to fix and that spoiled the experience: the floor was not clean, the curtains were dirty and broken, drinking water is provided in a bottle, the running water in not drinkable, it was difficult to lock the door from inside, kitchenware was minimal, no tray to carry the stuff to the outside sitting area, not towel to dry dishes, only one narrow blanket available, missing ventilation, dog poop in the middle of the entrance path, the communication in English and Russian was difficult in some non-elementary questions. It seems to be a more suitable place for parties than for a private stay.

  : Unusual location, a lot of space thanks to lovely terrace, nicest hostess, everything was good.
  : Serious problem with heat pipes end in the hot tub - we did got SERIOUS BURNS! This is serious owners problem which he knew about - such thing is unacceptable!

  : Very good idea, good location, warm.
  : Sad to see that such a wonderful place and idea is not maintained well. It seems it is left as it was built. There are a lot of small details that needs to be fixed. Even we did not used the second floor, it's oven was dirty, even left overs from last visitors there were. The most disappointing thing was that we agreed the hot tube and sauna will be ready on our arrival. They were not. It seemed like they were just started minutes ago. You can notice it from the temperature and wood pellets inside the furnace. Hot tube was ready only at 22:30 with a lot of my effort. It had to be as a surprise for my wife, but it was ruined.

  : Tiny, cozy place. The sauna and hot tub was super, the view, the kitchen everything was cool, except the BEDS!!!! It was a disaster for all of us. we stayed there for 2 nights and we couldn't sleep at all. Please, change the beds!

  : The location it's incredible if you want to spend a good time in a beautiful place. The owner is so nice and kind.
  : The hot tube was not working properly but we arrange a deal with the owner. The beds are perfect for two, but no more.
