  : poor service feels like a factory, no personal or human touch. nothing complimentary: not even water(7$per bottle), no kettle, no bathrobe, no slippers, no room service at night, no toothbrush glass, two paper cups for 2 queen beds, only 2 teabags, nothing in the fridge(even payable)….and the most incredible: 32$ for a breakfast “buffet”(only 4 items!) and a charge for more than one cup of hot water for the room!!!!to say the least: an overall very unpleasant experience for almost 700$ a night!on top of all that, the swimming pool was not even usable

  : we liked the swimming pool and spent most of the time by it. Unfortunately we did not know that in June the ocean on the south side of the island is pretty active and it did not allow us to swim.
  : I might be spoiled but non of the restaurants in the resort or outside of it had really good food. Everything was pretty expensive so my expectations where high but it turned out to be just ok. I realized it's across the island as we tried to eat outside of the resort as well.
