  : The hotel smells terrible. As if someone have been smoking and smell of rotten furniture and fabric all together. Dirty carpet everywhere Room is dusty. Dust is everywhere!! Shower is a joke. Train toilet is more comfortable then this shower/toilet. It is literally a cabin, not a space or room. Walls are dirty Wear and tear everywhere! Soap dispenser didnt work No white curtains in the room as shown in the some picture. You choose either privacy or sunlight. Dont be fooled by white walls in pictures. Its dirty and have undefined color. I absolutely hated to stay there but due to my busy work schedule and my tour around France I didnt have energy and time to talk to anyone in the hotel. I was not even asked if everything was ok at the check out. Basic means cheaper and less facilities, basic doesnt mean dirty and disgusting. To be fair I booked the same hotel in Lille and Lyon. Was afraid about Lyon, since paid double the price and expected the same poor quality, but it turned out to be ok.

  : There are plenty of coffee shop around for a breakfast. Hotel location is very good near town center and Eurostar train station
  : Hotel room is basic. No kettle, cup nor coffee/tea bags are provided. No vertilation system except a small gap from window to get air. Carpets along all corridors are filthy, gross, its covered with dirt & stain almost black. Very unhygienic running as a hotel

  : Excellent location for city centre. My room was very quiet. The weather will be a lot hotter than it was during my stay. With no a/c or even a ceiling fan, the room will be uncomfortably warm.
  : As with many of the Prem' Classe hotels, the 'modular' shower rooms are very poor. I understand the problem of putting shower rooms into city centre properties but these tiny one-piece plastic units are not pleasant to use and there is no reason why they should exist in purpose-built properties.

  : It was hard to find , no parking available on site as secour car park . Tried to get in no one was there the door locked ring the bell no one there respond. As I felt no safe to park outside , I just left the place as no help, thank you . I am not happy to pay for it, Looking for word next time visit. Best regards Kamel

  : Too small. Bathroom is a joke. Common areas are very old and unclean. Corridors very dirty and really bad small. This hotel could be more successful as a Escape room type experience. Breakfast is also bad. No fruit whatsoever! No cups for espresso, not a lousy croissant. Incredibly bad. Even bread runs out. No one there to refill.
