  : Pool area was great, outdoor bar was a brilliant touch, baby foot and kids games hugely appreciated
  : The staff were miserable, very rude, except the receptionist who was running around clearing plates and cleaning tables, and one of the bar staff who was trying very hard to serve. One waitress even hushed me with her finger as if I were a primary school child after I had let another family order first and was more than patient. The same employee walked past and ignored me several times, causing us to be waiting for a bottle of tonic water for over 20minutes, that is disgusting!! To the point where even the chef came out and started serving on the bar, thank goodness we decided not to eat in the hotel restaurant, and at your loss as we would have gladly (as tired) have eaten with you. May I suggest if you are short staffed as you kept stating that you reduce the offering you can provide, rather than taking peoples bookings that you cannot commit too. Very disappointing as Novotel is normally such a reliable brand.

  : We stayed at the hotel as an overnight stop between Spain and England. The hotel was in a perfect location and made the one overnight stop a very relaxing experience. The bedrooms were very pleasant, the breakfast was very good, and there many seating areas for relaxing. Sadly, the outside areas and swimming pool couldn't be used due to the unseasonal poor weather.
  : The weather. For us, with young children and teenagers, the selection of food in the evening was a little limited. Probably more due to fussy children!! We all agreed that we would have liked to have stayed longer in order to explore the area.
