  : The outside of the property should have been cleaned up. One of the first things we saw as we drove up was a large pill of old remodel material! It did not present a very nice first look. The house is old and small compared to the pictures that was posted. If you had more than a couple people it would have felt cramped. The view out the back towards the bay was very nice though.
