: This property is located in a quiet community neighborhood. It's a fairly close walk to access the beach and a park for the kids. The family enjoyed the use of the hot tub. This is a hi-tech house.
: Ants - those pesky little ants were in the kitchen. The dishwasher had a bad sill so it leaked water. These two items were reported to the hosts and they apologized for any inconvenience this created. The coffee pot was too hi-tech. I didn't like having to scan a QR code to figure out how to make coffee so early in the morning.

: Location was excellent, beds were comfortable, helpful instruction labels and cards everywhere. The hosts communicated before our stay and were very welcoming and gracious.
: The upstairs king bed had a small rip/tear on the duvet- but this wasn't a deal breaker. A few stains on the bedroom rugs/carpets- but didn't turn us off from our stay.

: Location, comfortable, I could have brought my dog and he would have been comfortable. Very well stocked with blankets and towels. Excellent instructions and lots of cooking tools
: The couch in one corner smelled like dog/cat pee. But other than that everything was great!!! We will be back again!
