  : The staff were kind and welcoming. They allowed us to check in early as well.
  : The tv didn’t turn up, also didn’t turn off. We called the front desk and they said they’d be up to fix it. Nobody ever arrived. All night it was stuck on. Also the fireplace didn’t work nor did the thermostat. It was stuck to 71 the whole time.

  : They put me in a room with cobwebs and bath tub was wet and not dry. The view was nice and then shortly after prior to dinner time, there was a maintenance issue and there was water leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom. It ruined my dinner and I went to the front desk.

It ruined my dinner and I went to the front desk. The front desk informed me that they would comp my room and move me to a different one, and also issue me a full refund. I clarified not once but multiple times of that was the case and they said yes. They never issued me a full refund, and when I called and inquired about it. They said they may have misspoken and only meant to issue me a 25 dollar refund back for maintenance, even though they moved me to a diff upgraded room where the tv wasn’t working. I had higher hopes for this stay and better expectations for hotel staff communication, it’s unfortunate that it was an unpleasant experience despite the nice views.

  : Loved the beach front balcony and jacuzzi tub with a view.
  : Small things like the bathroom fan didn’t work, and some shoty caulk work, chipped tub rim, and the window and balcony glass was filthy.

  : Loved the Jacuzzi with the view of the ocean! And the robes added a romantic touch. Also thought the double headed shower was cute!
  : The TV remote was basically broken, all the buttons were barely working. It made it a pain to try and find something to watch and we eventually just gave up. I think for the cost of the stay it would be nice to not encounter an issue like this, but we still made the best of our time regardless. The only other issue was no AC. They did provide a box fan but there are no windows so we just had to keep our balcony door open to let cooler air in.

  : The bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable. The quiet building was fine. I just didn't like the reception service. I was expecting a room at the top.
  : The lady at the front desk was rude. She didn't write the room number correctly. I went back to the desk three times and the third time I asked her if she could show me the way to the room. She said with a bad attitude: "Get on the elevator and look for it." The hotel was very clean. I arrived happy, but I got stressed with her. When I was looking for my rented room, I was hoping for a room at the highest point they had, since it was my husband's anniversary and we wanted to have a good time and look at the ocean from up high! I asked for it when I made my reservation, but they gave me one that I couldn't even see the ocean when I sat on the chairs outside. The floors were too high!
