  : Location! Near to cathedral and castle. Produce used for breakfast!
  : Only on street parking which was limited to 2 hours. Overnight parking at one of the car parks nearby was available but cost an additional £10 for the overnight stay. This should have been explained more clearly in the information provided by the hotel. The room wasn't as expected from the reviews! Very disappointing!!! It was booked to celebrate my wife's birthday and upon been shown the room was very underwhelmed and felt massively let down. Room dark, carpet stained in places. Actual shower attachments were water marked and dusty! Fridge was switched off and the milk in there was both out of date and sour!!! This was rectified as soon as we raised it but not expected for the amount of money paid! It was definitely not worth £182.00 paid. Had we had the opportunity we would have cancelled on the day but we would have incurred the cost of the room regardless!!! The main course for breakfast was good, excellent produce used but no option of fresh juice, cereals, yoghurt offered. Only a main breakfast course which was disappointing! Interestingly we had to choose what we wanted for breakfast within 5 minutes of us arriving which is really unbelievable!!! Would definitely not recommend at the price we paid.

  : Stained duvet, no bulb in one bedside light, empty bottle from previous guest left in room, fan in bathroom not working and lights on bathroom mirror not working. All rectified once the owner was made aware the following morning but it should have been checked prior to our arrival

  : Ideally situated in Lincoln as close to castle and cathedral. A number of car parks close to the property.Friendly owner and found room very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately didn’t have an opportunity to eat in the restaurant, maybe next time if we return to Lincoln again

  : Had to order breakfast in the evening for the next day before we’d even checked in, and before we’d had dinner. The restaurant was deserted apart from one couple who had vanished 10 minutes later. We think they ran off.
