  : Property has evidently just been renovated and seemed quite nicely updated. Appreciated the multiple electrical plugs and USB plugs. Great lighting in the vanity area, but room is dark, even with EVERY light turned on. ALSO, some things were missing. Hooks are needed on the back of the bathroom door. And a bar in the vanity area to hang clothes is a must.
  : Door handle did not work properly in first room assigned. Had to get another room. I went to the office in the morning and specifically asked if our room would be cleaned because I know that Covid has changed up that at some properties. I was assured that it would be cleaned. We were gone from the room from 9am to 2pm. The room was not cleaned. At the office I was told that the cleaning report said not to clean our room?!?! The cleaning lady was gone, and Beau did not offer to have someone clean the room. He gave me clean towels and washcloths, but the washcloths were dingy. I took them back to the office and got others.

  : Numerous dead bugs on floor. Door didn't latch well. Towels were stained and dingy, as well as very thin. One of our towels was so threadbare it had holes. Housekeeping didn't attend to our room at all on 2nd day there so we didn't have any towels until I walked to office to getreplacements.
