: Marco was very helpful and welcoming, with good advices. The jacuzzi is just perfect, with a panoramic view on Vulcano : the "WOW" effect ! The bedroom is quite large and well equipped. Very quiet place, a bit far and up from the village (20min by foot, 3min by car) so that you feel into the wild (ok, into the wild with a jacuzzi...) in a very nice pine forest, with the birds singing in the morning, etc etc... A few mosquitos in this season so get ready with an efficient repulsive lotion. Lovely breakfast offered in a restaurant on the seafront under the sunrise and just in front of the fuming crater. Perfect for the final step of our trip ! thanks again.

: The staff were great. They picked up and dropped off to the port, and helped give ideas about things to do on the island.
: While it's a great spot for a quiet getaway, and the views from the hottub are excellent, it's not very central to the shops/black sand beach. The location is a 10-15 minute walk up the Vulcanello hillside out of town.

: We absolutely loved the jacuzzi!! And the shower is also pretty cool. The flat is spacious and nicely decorated, without clutter. We enjoyed the fresh cakes for breakfast. Only 10 minutes walk from the beach and only about 20 minutes walk from the centre. Staff really nice and friendly. Highly recommended!
: Mosquitoes! Since the flat has no mosquito nets, we could never open doors or windows and had to keep the a/c on all the time.

: The property is situated in a very nice location with a view on the crater of the vulcano. It has a really nice outdoor space and the staff was very friendly.
: We were very excited to stay at the property, however we felt like the photos online did not match with what we got. The Standard Studio we booked, lacked of a bit of care (i.e. some of the essentials were missing: there was no soap for the dishes or for the hands; out of the three pans available for cooking, only one was decent and the other ones were completely scratched etc; no extra blankets and it was pretty cold). The bed was also unfortunately pretty uncomfortable and the hot water only lasted 5 minutes. Therefore we felt like we payed much more than we got.
