  : The apartment is situated in a nice place, in a non-touristic zone with restaurants for locals with tasty food for a relatively low prices. The apartment is small, but had everything you need, including washing machine and a dishwasher, and a welcoming set. In 40 min of walking there is a zoo and a big park.
  : The "deposit" is still not returned despite the fact that I'm 100% sure I haven't damaged anything in the apartment. The owner is not responding to the claims. I think I will need to talk with booking.com support. And maybe to the police, about fraud. This idea of you going to one place (a "welcoming center) to take the keys, and then to the apartment itself is really something very wrong. Even though I'm an experienced traveller, I didn't expect that such a thing would even exist, otherwise I would pay attention to it in the description and would never book it. The owner places several apartments with different addresses to a one address, and because of that me and my kids were awaken at night by other travellers who tried to get inside because they thought this is where they booked. The smell from the bathroom is horrible. The walls and the floor was dirty. And this was the ground floor, where you have the tables of the cafe right below your window. Do not book it.

  : My refund was not made, as agreed with Hominh real estate. I am completely dissatisfied with the service provided and I had problems with cleaning the apartment I rented. I would like to make a formal complaint if it is not resolved by tomorrow.

  : It was spacious, and had all the necessities we needed. Nice, charming location but only if you have time to take things slow as it is quite far from city center.
  : It wasn't the cleanest. Sofa was stained and the cover they used seems to have cat hair. The shower drain was clogged resulting in a flooded bathroom. we had to address it right as we were catching our flight.
