  : Location. Confortable apt, modern yet situated in an authentic, historic part of the city. Loved the ruas.
  : A clothes dryer would be good. It takes a couple of days to dry the clothes inside. Difficult when it rains.

  : The location was good and having a terrace was convenient
  : The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, we could hear everything in the flat above (literally hear a penny drop and it sounded like it was in our room), and it was disappointing that there wasn't any salt, pepper, oil, or even washing up liquid and sponges in the flat. A different apartment I stayed in the week previously had all of these, plus coffee and sugar, spare toilet rolls AND fresh towels were delivered after 3 days. No point in having a dishwasher but not providing dishwasher tablets, ditto the washing machine - I'm not going to buy these supplies if I'm only there 5 days! Additionally the terrace was covered in bird droppings which one of the employees said should have been cleaned off before we got there.

  : We really enjoyed staying at the Alfama Terrace Apartment. On arrival, our host Luis welcomed us and also gave us a tour of the apartment in full detail. The location was perfect and right beside the river front, having many supermarkets, restaurants and local Portuguese bars only a 5 minute walk away. The apartment itself was like a home away from home. All the furniture was very modern, beds felt so fresh and clean , might I add really comfortable, feeling well rested every morning. Over all we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommended to a friend and eventually stay again in the future!

  : We booked this appartment for 3 people. There had to be 1 full bed in 1 bedroom and 2 tween beds in the second. However, in the 2nd bedroom we found only one bed with extra mattress on the floor wich is not suitable for 2 adults. And these bedroom size was so small that even 1 bed and 1 mattress don't fit well in it. By the way, there wasn't 3rd bedding set at all. So one of my friends had to sleep on the couch without bedding for 2 nights of 4.The outside sitting area which looked so pretty on the picture, was actually awful because of dirt and pidgin's guano.In the bathroom there isn't any power outlet so it's impossible to use the towel dryer or hairdryer.

  : To be fair, for Alfama this was probably a high-class apartment. The kitchen was very modern and the check-in was friendly.
  : We were surprised by how different the apartment looked from the photos. The terrace is moist and not nice the sit on. The single bed was bended and partly broken, so not very comfortable. The sofa haid stains all over. The drain in the shower was clogged and showering flooded the bathroom (This at least was fixed during our stay).What really upset us, was that after check in there was no one to get in touch with. No replys to our messages via booking, mobile texts or picking up the phone. At first we couldt find the apartment, because no house number was given. We literally tried the key on the doors of the street. The wifi did not work at first and another request were not answered.

  : Location was excellent. The flat was clean. Modern kitchen & bathroom. Quiet street
  : The garbage bin in foyer was full so lots of flies every time we opened our door.We stayed 4 nights & were given 1 toilet paper roll.No teabags sugar or coffee suppliedThe whole scenario of having to go to the office & up to 6th floor so far away from the actual accommodation is ridiculous and inconvenient. There needs to be a more efficient system such as a key safe.There is no sign out front of accommodation so no one can find it easily

  : The apartment is nice and the location is good.
  : When we first got there it was confusing as we were supposed to collect the keys at another location. In the end the manager met us at the apartment and handed the over. It was difficult to find. It is #5, which was not part of any address I was given before hand. We were unable to get the coffee machine to work.

  : nothing at all. we can say that it is located in touristic center however it is located on a dirty street and near the apartment is the ruins of other building
  : Firstly, the staff is very irresponsible as they do not respond to questions. The cleanliness falls below acceptable standards, with encounters of food remnants in the bedroom. I lodged a complaint with the staff, but received no response. The apartment is situated on a narrow street, surrounded by other apartments, allowing neighbors to witness and hear everything. Additionally, the property lacks adequate sunlight and is located on dirty streets. the entrance in the apartment smells not good. Also it is worth to mention that the addresses where you can get the keys and the apartment itself are located far from each other.
