  : Good location, super close to restaurants and bars. There is underground parking 20m from the location. Easy check in and great staff. The apartment was on the 3rd floor of renovated old style building with separate rooms communal living room and kitchen. The room is small, clean with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was big, with bath tub and shower and old style tiles. Good water pressure in the shower and relative quiet rooms.
  : We were travelling with heavy luggages and had to walk 3 floors on stairs. Luckily, one of the staff members Joao helped us with the luggages but at the check out we had to do it ourselves. The reception guy said that there will be some basic breakfast stuff in the Kitchen but there wasn't anything, just 2 empty bottles of orange juices and some crumbles from croissants. The shower head was broken and was spilling water everywhere, the shower glass wasn't sealing properly, so the bathroom was full of water after showering. The toilet flush button was getting stuck after flushing and the toilet wasn't flushing properly.

  : Staff were pleasant with the exception of female manager who agreed to call me on day 2 and did not despite me sending a message to request this. Complimentary breakfast.
  : The room I paid for was smaller than the photo supplied when I booked. There was minimal floor space around the beds. The bathroom was like a cupboard, one brushed their leg against the toilet bowel to get into the shower or tiny wash basin. Difficult to dry ones self in there. There was no mention of 4 flights of stairs which is essential to know this especially when one has a knee, hip or other medical condition. There was construction going on during the day to the two floors below with smell and dust in the stair well. There was an odour in our room. My single bed was on a slant/angle.so uncomfortable. Over priced for the the room and bathroom. Very badly described on booking.com.

  : Location was great, and the staff were really helpful. The bonus fruit and pastries were great. I liked the idea of a shared apartment but it just needed extra work
  : The kitchen was a bit grubby and the fridge smelled bad. The shower rooms were additional to the bedrooms so took up a little of space in the room but were small, the shower door didn't shut
