  : The location was the best thing about the property. Bedroom and living room were okay. The property is and old house that has been restored and feels fairly acceptable if you just want to sleepover and fast quick meals.
  : The worst part was the bathroom. There was a constant bad smell coming from the sink that fills the entire property that adds to what seems to be characteristic old house smell that is rather unpleasant.

  : Perfect location to visit Lisbon at walking distance from Principe Real. Very well located, good Internet connection which is very important when you have to work from the apartment before enjoying your holidays. Nice small terrace to enjoy your glass of wine or coffee in the morning.

  : Property is in the centre of Lisbon and its easy to get tourist places also restaurants are close!
  : No air condition but had couple of fans. Also a bit too small shower.

  : Excellent location. Because it was ground floor, it stayed nice and cool when it was sweltering outside. Had everything we needed.
  : Some things in need of repair/replacement, but only aesthetics. Made no difference to us tbh. Shower not for tall people, but served its purpose.

  : the property is in a great location 5 minutes walking from principe real & 10 minutes from Rato & Avenida. you can get to bairro alto in 10 minutes & the main city spots in 15-20 minutes. the metro is a little further away the closest being baixa chiado or Rato but we rarely used it as everything was walking distance & you see the city better that way. closest supermarket is in Rato about a 10 minute walk away. its 2 bedrooms with one double bed & one single bed & bathroom & kitchen & for Lisbon its modern, a good size & has everything you need.
  : only complaint would be the stairs up to the apartment as they are quite steep & the light doesnt always come on straight away for them & the entrance door is a little tricky to manoeuvre but its an old building its to be expected.
