  : location is great. Our room was not the one showing on the photos. However it was of good size and located towards the rear of the property and very quiet. Loved the Lisbon feature wall paper.
  : some maintenance issues like fixing the none functional bedside lamp, extremely noisy toilet flush and supply of detergent, wiping cloth and tea towel for the kitchenette would be an improvement.

  : The location is great which is what initially made us reserve this hotel and why we were initially excited to come here as it is right next to Pasteis de Belem and a short walk from the monastery and tower of Belem.
  : We arrived around 8pm to Famous Crows and utilized the self-check in to enter our rooms as instructed only to find that the family studio that we paid for had someone elses belongings inside. We contacted the staff via phone immediately after realizing this, as there was no staff on Friday evening and Saturdays at the reception and the person we spoke to on the phone didnt even know how this happened. At that point the couple who were staying in our room had returned and they very aggressively informed us that another staff member who had been there around 4pm when they came to check in had given them OUR room after complaints that the hotel did not have a lift. We were never so much as emailed to notify us of the last minute change and where we were to sleep for the night now that we had OTHER PEOPLE in OUR room. To avoid a confrontation, as the couple were very clearly refusing to leave our studio and the staff member on the phone with me was completely clueless and unaware that someone else had been booked into our room, we agreed to take another much smaller Twin Room also on the first floor as we were exhausted after a full day of traveling and wanted to sleep. In spite of the obvious difference in pricing between the Family Studio and the Twin Room and the all around horrible mishandling of our reservation on managements end, no modifications were ever made to the reservation documenting this change in spite of me reaching out to management to notify them of what happened, who were very slow to reply and when they did, offered a discount code or special offer after the horrible experience we had.

  : All was excellent, the only thing that could have been useful is a kettle. But that was no big issue at all as Cafes were around.

  : The space was very generous for the price and very clean. The host is super friendly and helpful. Location is on a busy but central street so easy to walk to museums and restaurants and the waterfront. Very nice value for the price.
  : The checkin desk is supposed to be open from noon. However, this is not the case, which makes it a bit annoying when youre trying to drop off your bag or whatnot. Also would be nice to have the small things - like a bottle opener and the bottom piece to the tea kettle so its functional.

  : The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable enough. The area is very nice, but far from the center, depending on what you're looking for it could be inconvenient.
  : It had very bad sound isolation so it was quite noisy at night.
