: central location, easy to get around
: no Wi-Fi all trip, very tired and a list of thing that were not right from curtain missing to shower that soaked the room, missing cushions, cigarette marked on bed linen and couches. cupboard in kitchen didnt open as washing machine blocked it

: Very spacious amazing apartement with a inner courtyard / patio. It was super nice. In the courtyard you can hear fado music from the restaurant next to it. When they open the window you basically have a free fado concert in the courtyard. Great location in Barrio Alto. In the middle of the bar distric. If you are part of the night life this apartment is perfect for you. If you wish to sleep at 9 in the evening, it might be too loud for you :)

: Location is very central and around a busy part of Lisboa. Great to start into adventures around town both day and night.
: The place was in exceptionally bad shape. About everything was broken - from the mirrors, shower, chairs to the toaster oven. It was in part dangerous for the kids to move around the place due to sharp edges and broken electrical outlets.

: Location was excellent, right in the heart of Barrio Alto around a good selection of bars and restaurants. Also very handy for walking to the main sites or getting to the train and metro stations. Spacious apartment with a well equipped kitchen.
: The difficulty of opening both the outside and internal doors with the keys. The temperamental shower, which fluctuated in temperature. The inside of the apartment was a little tired in places.

: No hair dryer. Shower is terrible. Pillows, linens need to be replaced and new/clean blankets are necessary. Half of the heaters work. Reached out on phone we were given but no reply after 3 attempts.
