  : Location - safe building/neighbourhood.Excellent transport links to town.The general cleanliness of the property.Great flat for families. The booking/communication with the property.
  : Window - door access to the balcony "broken" - reported on arrival, nobody came to assess/repair.The TV/Cable didn't work - not that I came to Lisbon to watch the telly. The little details - modern flat that needs a brush up concerning a lick of paint - signs of wear and tear.It's a lovely and modern flat that just needs a bit of upkeeping like every property. If want to stay in this district this flat is "good" but I would compare it against other properties/prices, like you would normally.

  : Location is very good. LIDL and The Zoo just few minutes walk. Place is big, and there is a personal parking space in the garage.
  : Although there was extra 60€ charged as a cleaning fee before our arrival, the place was quite dirty. We had to mop the floor and vacuum all the rugs when arrived. As we were with kids, and couldn't let them play in those conditions. There was dirt and dust under all sofas and beds and dust on the surfaces (table, TV table, kitchen surface ect). Towels and bedsheets all was clean!

  : 1. The bathrooms were stinking when we checked in2. The crockery was dirty3. The AC’s weren’t working 4. The bathroom and sink were getting clogged 5. The cleaning never happened I can go on and on…..
