  : The location is good, being very close to the metro and in an area with shops and restaurants - and not too noisy. There were thoughtful touches such as a kettle and fridge in the room. The staff were also very friendly and the breakfast buffet was also not bad.
  : Our room was very small and had some odd deficiencies - odd for somewhere that's relatively expensive. There was only 1 socket for charging phones/tablets. The curtains didn't close properly, allowing light in early in the morning. There were bedside lights - one each side - but neither worked (presumably just 2 failed bulbs). So at night we were either brightly light by ceiling downlighters (all of them) or in complete darkness. We don't normally complain about hotels, but poor lighting was irritating and we were there for 2 nights, so we reported it at the desk on day 1. They said they would send someone up, but when we left on day 3, nobody had done anything. How hard is it to change 2 light bulbs ? Not a bad hotel overall, but we probably won't stay there again.

  : Location is perfect. Close to wherever you would like to go, 200 meters to the metro station. Tasty restaurants are in a few minutes walking distance. Breakfast is ample with multiple choices
  : The textile of pillow and quilts are not( completely )cotton. The less breathable textile make you feel uncomfortable during sleep.

  : Compact but clean and comfortable.Very close to metro, supermarket, bakery and eating places. More hangers or shelf in bathroom would have been good.

  : The reception staff was so nice and helpful and the location and room size and amenities was just what we needed for this trip in a relatively good value for money
  : The fridge in the room didn't work, however the team kept our things for us in a fridge in the kitchen and it was available for us whenever we needed it so a good solution for the situation.
