  : Super convenient location - walking distance from most tourist attractions in Lisbon and 2 minutes away from Rossio train station, bus stops, and two metro stations. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy access during the late hours (the door is always open). Coffee machine & capsules for free in the room. Comfortable bed. Very nice rooftop garden (it doesn't have a view of the city, but is a great place to have your morning coffee, eat takeaway, or smoke if you're a smoker).
  : - A slight smell of dampness in the bathroom and of sewage in the toilet (but nothing extreme). - Our room was on 2 levels and the stairs that bring you to the bedroom on the second level are quite steep. It feels a bit dangerous to go up/down the steps and bringing a whole suitcase up there will be a challenge (so we kept our luggage downstairs). This wasn't a huge problem for us as we stayed for only 2 nights. But if you're not in your best physical shape this kind of room won't be the best choice for you. - The only mirror with enough light to do your make-up is the one in the bathroom where it gets quite humid and there isn't enough space to set all your cosmetics comfortably. Bear that in mind and if you're booking the same kind of room, consider bringing a make-up mirror that you can set somewhere close to a window for a better experience. Overall, the room was nice enough. None of the "problems" I've listed have made our stay any worse, I'm just writing them down so future guests can have them in mind if they're looking for 100% comfort. :)

  : The hotel was located a short distance from the 744 bus stop and Metro stop, allowing me to take public transport from the airport. The staff were wonderful and most helpful throughout my stay. The check-in and check-out process was prompt and efficient. As I arrived early, the hotel offered their storage services and introduced other facilities at the lobby floor I could use. The room was clean, comfortable and private, promoting an eco friendly environment. The continental breakfast catered for different dietary options. To catch an early morning flight, the hotel arranged for an airport transfer so I could safely arrive at the airport in the wee morning hours.
  : None. It was a perfect stay! And my heartfelt thanks to the staff for making it a memorable trip.

  : Rooms are basic ,comfortable n clean enough. Location is amazing. Couldnt have early check in but there is a luggage room. Nice competent staff.
  : Bad soundproofing u can hear everything in other rooms and outside.Noisy airconditionar n starts automatically, annoyin to shut it downBreakfast not so good, service was bad (keepin up with cleanin tables and providin plates etc)There is a sewer smell in toilet.
