  : Liked everything about the apartment, right in the centre and clean. Perfect for solo or couple.
  : Apartment are bit old, it can be very noisy. I couldn't sleep for a night because of the people upstairs kept dancing or thumping on the floor. The noise was very loud and unbearable.

  : The self-check in generally is smooth. However there was luckily a phone at the check in machine, where someone picked up immediately and told us. However we couldnt find our apartment, as the entrance of it was outside, which was not explained anywhere. Location was nice and very central.
  : Our main critic is that we booked this apartment for a business trip. From the photos you think it is one bed in the living room/kitchen area and one bed in an extra bedroom. Also on the confirmation PDF we got it says one double bed AND two single beds. However when we arrived it was a one-room apartment with one double bed. Luckily there was at least a couch, we then had to prep ourselves. When I texted the host about it I never received an answer.

  : The apartment was clean and spacious. We loved the location, very close to the city center. Also, the escalator was nearby. There were plenty of restaurants nearby. Also couple of small grocery stores which was very handy, especially during the Christmas time as they are were open. It was possible to have a cleaning service every day. The cleaner guy way very nice and kind. Also, i accidentally closed the safe incorrectly and help came in 30 min. Which was amazing!
  : As expected, it was quite noisy due to the fact that walls were very thin and you could hear people walking at the stairs and also in the apartment above.

  : 1. The water was not warm enough. After one person showered, the water got cold quickly and the next person had to wail for the water to heat up. 2. The floor was cold and there were no carpets. 3. There was water leakage in side the apartment around the pillar.

  : We had a wonderful 3 days in the apartment. Its very easy to check-in at the machine and quickly settle. Excellent location, 5-7 minutes walk from the center. And on the other side is the old Alfama district with beautiful viewing platforms. A good option for an inexpensive holiday. The kitchen has everything you need. Kettle, salt, sugar, dishwasher, tableware, microwave. Clean! Snow-white bed linen and towels. Cleaning was done every day. It is very important that the bed is really comfortable and large.
  : The downside for us was the strong audibility of footsteps from above. We lived on the 1st floor. No voices were heard. Also a floor was cold. But this is December. For children, it is better to take slippers.
